However, the S saloon was devised as a much sportier 2-door alternative to the uber-luxurious but somewhat staid Roller - and boy did it deliver with its 4.9 litre automatic powerplant! With its super long bonnet, expansive chrome grille and sculpted front and rear wheel arches you can see the same design DNA that prevails even with the modern-day Bentleys.
