€35,95

Southdown Motor Services Ltd. was formed in 1915 as a merger between Brighton Hove and Preston United Omnibus Co., Sussex Tourist Coaches and the London and South Coast Haulage Co. Ltd. Southdown Motor Services acquired the new PD3, BUF 277C in 1965, one of the later buses to be produced by Leyland as production stopped in 1967, assigned the number 277, it was predominately used on very popular Brighton Routes until 1977, it was bought by OK Motor Services and entered service with OK in 1977.

BUF 277C remained in service until 1989, it was then passed on to Northumbria Motor Services as a driver training vehicle until 1992 and subsequently went out for preservation back to it’s green and cream livery of it’s glory days and is now a regular at bus meets and shows across the UK.

We are Corgi Toys fans, just like you!

We’re fans, first and foremost. The Corgi Model Club Online Shop is where we can show off our fantastic re-issue models that launch every month and add to our growing collection of gifts for those wanting to re-live special childhood memories. At Corgi Model Club, we believe that if it’s not something that ignites your passion, then it’s probably not something worth doing in the first place.

This approach to business drives everything we do in researching, creating and promoting these fantastic diecast models. We work closely with Hornby PLC every step of the way to re-create products that our collectors are proud to own.

Our Heritage

We’ve been working with collectibles for over 30 years and are passionate about creating high quality models that ignite our collectors passions too.

Officially Licensed

We have worked hard to establish a great working relationship with Hornby who we have given us the exclusive rights to re-produce some of the rarest and sought after models from their 1960’s catalogues.
