Absoloutly beautiful addition to my collection, paint work reflects just like a mirror. Love the touch of adding a cloth white glove for handling so that the oils in the fingers don't tarnish the paintwork
I ordered the Volkswagen safari beetle when it was released by CMC. It was one my favourite Corgi models when I was a kid. Since my original is long gone I was very happy when I received the CMC replica but a little disappointed by the bleached colours of the picture on the front of the box. When I saw that CMC now sells the boxes separately from the models I ordered the box for the safari beetle and I can confirm that the picture on the box now looks much better. Well done on the 2nd attempt! ; )
