What is a pre-order?

It is possible to secure some items before they come into stock by pre-ordering on the website. This is especially useful when a product is anticipated to be popular and could sell out in a short time once released.

When will my pre-order arrive?

The product listing gives an estimated arrival time for the product, please note that this date can change due to changes in manufacturing and shipping schedules. These dates are updated monthly, when stock arrives, pre-orders are despatched in the order that they were placed. 

We accept no liability for items arriving earlier or later than the estimated arrival time.

When will I be charged?

Your card is charged at the time you order to secure the model but you can ask for a full refund at any time prior to despatch if you no longer require the item.

Can I cancel my pre-order?

Yes – you can cancel a pre-order before it has been despatched. Simply contact our Customer Care team with your pre-order number on 0333 030 77 44 or

How many items can I pre-order?

There is no limit to the number of pre-orders that you can place. However, for some products there may be a limit on the number of units that can be pre-ordered. This will be clearly marked on the product listing.  

Please note: Pre-order items will be despatched as soon as they come into stock and you will be notified 7 - 14 days prior to despatch when you can decide if you want to cancel for a full refund.

Shipping to UK Mainland and Northern Ireland only.
Your items will be sent via Royal Mail usually within 7 - 14 days of placing your order.
The delivery address to which your order shall be sent will be the address provided by you during the ordering process.

If you are not happy with your item, you can return within 30 days of receiving it from us in the same condition you received it at your cost.

No commitment, no obligation, cancel at any time
Your right to cancel within 14 days. Our terms are wholly in accordance with The Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and your statutory rights are not affected.

Expected delivery time approximately 14 days. We reserve the right to revise our prices according to economic circumstances.
