Having collected all corgi re issues to date not being able to get the latest release of the 320 ford Mustang is massive disappointment I think for corgi to only have a 100 models is joke and they should have more of them manufactured, Dealers will have these models and the price of them will be unaffordable to us average collectors , go on eBay a dealer has 3 for sale already corgimodelclub shameful!!!!
The one star reviews are not fair. They are not reviews of the model. I got one of the 100 but if I hadn't, I wouldn't be an idiot about it. This 'review' is not a review of the model; it is to annoy the trolls. I look forward to receiving my order.
Clearly a marketing cock-up, probably allowed people to buy in bulk. This model isn’t part of the corgi model club it’s a left over from the Corgi site and therefore won’t matter to your corgi model club collection. It is a shame the club is no longer independent and has lost some of its exclusiveness. I also have no idea how much my monthly direct debit is going to be with there no longer being a fixed price. I also don’t like editions being added to the club site that are not part of the collection, it just muddies the water. I suspect they are losing members at quite a rate and are having to come up with new ways to make up the income and getting new members gets harder the larger the collection gets. They are lovely models and passion clearly lies behind the collection - I do feel thinking outside the box is needed to take the business model forward. Support these guys and absolute shame on the trolls. I will keep on supporting them and hope they keep producing these wonderful models for many years to come.
Not good enough from CMC!
I got the 'sold out' message appx 40mins after receiving the email.
Worse the offer from CMC implies this Mustang is restricted to CMC 'VIP' members only. As others have pointed out clearly not the case!
