I have wanted a white Corgi Rover 2000 for longer than I can remember, finally I have one! And what a gem it is too! It will make a nice pair with my green one.
A delightful little model exactly like my original version apart from the later wheels. Of course a more modern model would have more accurately-sized rally plated etc., but it only adds to the period charm.
This is an excellent reproduction of quite an early Corgi Toy, with excellent paintwork, decals and trim. It makes a very good companion for the later version of the model I have owned from new.
This one was kind of unexpected! I mean that, in principle, I was not particularly interested in these sports car, but as I received it I discovered a good reproduction very nice toy from the seventies, with the chassis which can be separated from the carrosserie.
In my whole life - I’m almost 70yrs old - I never saw or had a toy with a separate chassis. Beautiful!
