This is a superb replica in every respect, and probably the best to date.
The paint finish and working features are wonderfully nostalgic. Yes, it cost more than a regular issue from the Corgi Model Club, but in my opinion is well with the additional cost. Even the box is a super copy.
I was fortunate to have been given Gift set No 16, containing this very model and the three racing cars (BRM, Vanwall and Lotus Mk11) as a present for Christmas 1961 which I still have complete with its original box, three race cars and all internal packing. Well done Corgi Model Club.
