Very pleased with this Citroën DS, which as a kid was one of my favorite Corgi Toys. And judged by the prices mais on auction sites, I am not the only fan.
When I started recreating the collection I had as a kid, I only wanted the 'real' stuff. Genuine classic, boxed Corgi's. But looking at the evolution of the prices of the most interesting models, it is becoming (or already is) an expensive hobby.
Looking at the website of the Corgi Model Club, I thought, why not? So I ordered the Citroën DS as a try-out. A good decision. Not only the price is interesting, the replica looks as good as the one I have fond memories of. Pleased with the details like the folding rear seat.
And when I opened the box there was another pleasant surprise. The catalogue, just the way I remembered them from the past. Yes, from now on I am a fan!
